What sort of sustainable practices?  It&#8217;s a laundry list&#8230; here are some highlights:</p>

Fully integrated heat-recovery systems<br />
CO<sub>2</sub> recovery from fermentation<br />
50% reduction in water consumption compared to a typical brewing operation</ul>
