Opened in 2007 by Kim and Kari Bartmann, the Red Stag Supper Club is the first restaurant in Minnesota registered under the LEED-CI 2.0 standard.

We’re doing something to help improve the sustainability of the restaurant (and, to some extent, the broader hospitality) industry. Restaurants employ millions of people and are notoriously energy- and resource-intensive, so there’s a lot of potential for improvement.
